Craig joined Turn-key Technologies Inc., in 1992 and became President and CEO in 1999.  In this position Craig is responsible for the overall business direction and management. With over 25 years of business management experience, he is the visionary that has shaped Turn-key Technologies, Inc. into the leader in communications and data networking that it is today.

Craig has been instrumental in growing the business over 1400% under his leadership and landing Turn-key Technologies, Inc. the honor of being recognized as one of Inc. Magazine’s 5000 fastest Growing Privately Held Businesses in America. Craig continues to look into emerging technologies and business strategies to ensure Turn-key Technologies, Inc., stays at the forefront of Information Technology and continues to provide their customers with best of breed solutions, along with best of breed service.

Steve joined Turn-key Technologies, Inc. in 1999. For six years he ran the credit and collections department; improving the company’s cash flow, reducing delinquent accounts and growing partner relationships. In 2005, Steve transitioned into the role of COO. In this position he manages multiple levels of all projects, both big and small. From entire school districts to small office buildings, Steve is committed to cost effective management of resources, quality performance, and on-time completion.

Steve handles all logistics functions including inventory management, customer service, production planning and distribution. In addition, he also handles all financial activities for the day to day operations.

Tony Pugielli is the Vice President of Technology at Turnkey Technologies, where he leads the newly established Office of Customer Success, overseeing both project management and help desk operations. With over 15 years at Turnkey and more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector, Tony brings deep technical expertise and a customer-centric focus to his leadership role. His extensive background ensures that Turnkey’s clients receive best-in-class support and innovative solutions tailored to their evolving needs.

Chris joined Turn-Key Technologies Inc., in 2002. He is responsible for the management and customer retention of several hundred customers, both civilian and government, for the past 18 years. His responsibilities include management and training of customers, engineers and sales, as well as project management, quality control, support, software installation and network interface devices.

Chris oversees a team of engineers executing and deploying Avigilon cameras, Guardian Wireless Duress, paging terminals, transmitters and antennas.

Chris has nearly 30 years of Customer Service experience. Chris has been a member of Turn-Key Technologies, Inc. since 1992 and became National Service Manager in 2002. His responsibilities include: Acquiring, overseeing and maintaining all Maintenance and Support Contracts across the WiFi, Wireless Duress, Wireless Telephony, Gov't and Paging Divisions, to oversee and monitor all repair incidents/trends, and conduct follow-up Customer Service surveys. 

Chris also created a standardized S.O.W. (Statement of Work) utilized by TTI/ Veteran Affairs Government Contracts.

Bob joined Turn-key Technologies in 2011, and helped launch TTI Cable, which is the structured cabling division of TTI. Additionally, he created TTI Fiber which is our overseas affiliate for fiber optic cable manufacturing. With over 20 years of experience in both domestic and international trade and sales, Bob has dedicated himself to providing each and every client with the best solution for their networking needs. It has been under Bob’s supervision that he has created an equally experienced and dedicated staff to help support and maintain repeat business from some of the most reputable companies in the industry.

Bob is a graduate of Chubb Institute, and along with his certifications in Fiber Optics and Structured Cabling, he has brought TTI Cable to the forefront of solution selling within the networking infrastructure industry.

Kevin started with TTI in April 2012 and now oversees the staffing and management of Cabling teams to complete projects on tight deadlines. He manages creative projects from concept to completion while working directly with customers and outside vendors.

Highly skilled in the design and implementation of structured cabling installations—Single and Multi-Mode Fiber-optics, Cat5, Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, and Coax Cabling Systems—Kevin works closely with network administrators and network engineers to ensure quality service.

Tony Ridzyowski is responsible for managing the Inside Sales Team, in addition to assisting TTI with marketing, partner relations, team training, event planning and CRM management.

Tony began his career at Turn-key Technologies in 2014 as an Inside Sales Representative, where he became a top producer the following year, and achieved the Presidents Club for prospecting calls.

Prior to working at Turn-key Technologies, Tony worked in the Network Cabling industry as an Account Manager for BAFO Technologies, as well as for Fortune 500 companies such as Wells Fargo and Countrywide Home Loans.

Debbie has 25 years of experience in finance, office management and bookkeeping. She started with TTI in 2014, and is responsible for TTI’s bookkeeping as well as benefits, payroll, notary, and personnel management.
