REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR

Turn-key Technologies, Inc. (TTI) is a value added reseller of wireless communications, networking, and security solutions, providing services for over 40 years with an expert team of certified engineers doing design, installation, support, and troubleshooting of wireless and wired networks of all sizes.

Turn-key Technologies is seeking a Regional Sales Director with a proven background in new business development and technology sales. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious sales goals and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable with building your own book of business, nurturing clients through the buyer’s journey, generating interest, cross-selling, and educating prospects. The successful candidate will be capable of managing a pipeline of opportunities, assisting with marketing and lead generation activities, and setting appointments with prospective new prospects that lead to closed business.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet minimum standards for sales quotas, new business development, and outbound prospecting phone calls
  • Connect with target prospects via face-to-face meetings, web meetings, or over the phone, to educate and nurture
  • Qualify business opportunities for target companies
  • Schedule meetings with prospects and companies that fit a target profile
  • Enter notes in CRM and execute meeting logistics

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of business-to-business sales experience.
  • Knowledge and competence in the major elements of outside sales including business development, customer qualification, and customer acquisition
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and computer skills
  • Self-motivated with superior problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Effectively prioritize sales efforts and activities
  • Excellent organization and time management skills

Base pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00

Total Compensation: $150,000.00 or more annually with salary and commission combined.
